A 50% deposit is required to secure any tattoo appointment. This deposit acts as a commitment to the time reserved for your session.
Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Appointments will only be finalized upon receipt of the deposit. Failure to provide proof of payment within this window will result in the slot being released to the next client.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment to discuss transferring your deposit. Cancellations within the 72-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit as a cancellation fee.

Campaigns, flash specials, and event bookings require full payment upfront to secure your spot. These are final and non-refundable.
