When you book an appointment, submit an enquiry, or purchase a Predesign, we collect the personal information you provide. This includes your name, email address, and WhatsApp/phone number. For event enquiries, we may also collect event details such as location and guest count.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse, which may process your IP address and technical browser signals strictly for security verification.

We use your information exclusively to:

• Process and fulfill your tattoo bookings, custom requests, and Predesign orders.
• Communicate with you regarding your appointment or enquiry.
• Deliver transactional emails, such as order confirmations and receipts.
• Protect our systems from fraud and abuse.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your personal data.

We share your information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our business and fulfill your requests:

• Firebase (Google Cloud): We securely store your booking and order information in our database infrastructure.
• PayFast: When you make an online payment, your relevant transaction and customer information is securely transmitted to PayFast to process the payment. PayFast processes this information under its own privacy practices. IGOTINK does not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers.
• Resend: We use Resend to reliably deliver our transactional and confirmation emails to you.
• Cloudflare: We use Turnstile to secure our site against automated abuse.
• Google Analytics: If you accept optional analytics, Google processes limited website usage and device information so we can understand site performance.

IGOTINK does not use advertising pixels or third-party trackers for direct marketing. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you select Accept in the analytics preference notice. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can clear the site's stored data in your browser to choose again.

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including the duration of our business relationship, and to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
