Studio Rules &
Booking Procedures

1. Financial Protocols

DepositA 50% deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making the booking. Appointments will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full 50% deposit within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
PaymentPayment is accepted in cash or card. Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment.
PricingWe charge a base rate based on the size of the tattoo. More intricate designs, such as those with fine lines, detailed shading, or text will have an additional charge. The number of colors used in the tattoo can also affect the price.

2. Scheduling & Punctuality

CancellationAny cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a cancellation fee equal to the deposit.
ReschedulingAppointments can be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A rescheduling fee of 15% will apply.
Extreme Emergencies: In the case of extreme emergencies, the studio will consider waiving the cancellation or rescheduling fee — with proof of reason.
No-ShowsClients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours notice will be charged a no-show fee equal to the full deposit.
Late ArrivalsClients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. A rescheduling fee of 15% will apply. If the artist can accommodate the appointment, a late arrival fee of 15% may apply.

3. Consultations & Large Scale Work

ConsultationA free consultation is offered and clients are welcome to book a studio visit to discuss your tattoo ideas before booking an appointment.
Large Scale Work
  • Initial Estimate: We provide an initial estimate based on the client's description and desired size of the tattoo.
  • A consultation is always required for large-scale tattoos to ensure we can provide an accurate estimate and discuss the design in detail.
  • During the consultation, we can provide a more accurate estimate based on the specific design and complexity.
  • The final price will be determined once the design is finalized and the artist has assessed the total time and effort required to complete the tattoo.
  • Before starting the tattoo, we will present the final design and price to the client for their approval.

4. Aftercare & Maintenance

AftercareThe studio provides detailed aftercare instructions to all clients.
Free Touch-UpsAll tattoos completed by our studio are eligible for a free touch-up if needed. Touch-ups must be requested within three months of the initial tattoo. The artist will assess the need for a touch-up and determine the extent of the necessary corrections.
Additional ConsiderationsClients are responsible for properly caring for their tattoos according to the provided aftercare instructions. Fading: Normal fading is not considered a reason for a touch-up.
Significant Changes: If the client requests significant changes to the tattoo, additional charges may apply.
